My poor little parrot chicken keeps laying eggs even though it seems to be an awful lot of hard work. She squawked out a big one tonight.

Joke nang Joke, bola nang bola si JocJoc Bolateng Bulatete. He is still a liar.

  • angtangingyaman says:

4/4 if you are interested, do send me your email address. im also filing several bills on budget reforms and Ill be happy to share them with you. lastly, please watch Part 1 and Part 2 of this trilogy (How Jocjoc Bolante got the money from the bank) because it seems that I have already adequately addressed your issues.

  • tgguingona says:

3/4mind you, the budget should be congress major output for the year. nakakahiya talaga! however because I belong to the minority, which is composed of 30 congressmen out of 240, and decisions are arrived at through voting, then obviously we cannot control the decision of congress. in fact, tingin ko nga e, sinasadya itong reenacted budget. i can tell you why but it will entail a lengthy explanation. i can send you my paper on reenacted budget thru email.

  • tgguingona says:

2/4you criticize me for exposing areas in congress where reform is obviously needed. it is clear to everyone now that congress is an institution whose reputation is badly damaged. but do not begrudge me for trying to clean its tarnished image. hindi bat kapag may nakita kang basurang nakakalat sa sarili mong bahay ay lilinisin mo ito? i agree with you that a reenacted budget is a sign of laziness, non-coordination, and irresponsibility on the part of congress.

  • tgguingona says:

1/4 thank you for your very pointed remarks. i do agree with you that some congressmen obviously benefited from the scheme of Jocjoc Bolante as revealed by the senate & congressional investigation hearings. you are also saying that I stole thru Mr. Bolante. did it not occur to you that if I stole through Mr. Bolante, then it would be to my interest to keep quiet about it? but obviously, here I am exposing it. in fact, I was not even a congressman yet but just a private citizen when it happened.

  • whooshaaacksplat says:

duh. una, the reason for the lack of details in the budget is you also benefit from it hindi ba, mr. congressman? it’s ironic how you are illustrating to us how you steal through mr. bolante.pangalawa, everytime we have a reenacted budget it means you did not do your job properly. kopya lang nang kopya from last year, halatang hindi binigyan ng panahon. what piece of legislation could be more urgent than the year’s budget? it’s your job to draft the budget. hindi mo ginagawa trabaho mo.
