Compost needs organic materials, water and air to work properly. There are a variety of ways you can use compost in your lawn and garden. By far the easiest type of organic composting is sheet composting. With sheet composting, you throw all of your organic materials, Arizona Organic Compostwhatever you have, straight onto the garden and turn it into the soil.

This way is fine, but you have to make sure there’s a good supply of nitrogen or it will cause a temporary imbalance within the soil.

Also, if time constraints are a factor for you, shredding the organic materials will allow the pile to compost much faster. Additionally, if you make a bin for the compost to sit in, the pile will be much neater and compost even faster. There’s no doubt about it, Arizona organic compost is one of nature’s best natural fertilizers.
